Return & Shipping
At Hair Extension Connection, all orders take 2-3 business days to process and ship. The return policy starts after your order has been delivered. You have 10 days from the delivery date to contact us and discuss the reason for your return. RMA numbers are required for returns.
All the items we sell are new and has never been worn.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags, labels, and odor free.
RawTress (Virgin Unprocessed Hair) cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
Additional non-returnable items:
All, tapes, solvents, hair care products, discontinued and final sale items are not exchangeable and not refundable.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We will replace items if they have defects, or wrongly labeled. Only then will we pay for your return shipping and restocking fees. If you need to exchange, call or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and wait to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) number.
Your return will not be accepted without an RMA number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and let you know you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If your return is rejected you will receive an email with an explanation and you will be charged for postage to the original card used to make the purchase and your item will be returned to you.
If you're eligible for a refund, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee for returns not related to items that have no defects or wrongly labeled. We will refund the original credit card used for purchase. We do not refund original shipping fees. Restocking fees are non-refundable!
Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately, final sale discontinued, and price matched items cannot be returned or exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item over $50, we advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee delivery on items being returned to us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
All orders will require a signature confirmation. If you cannot sign for your order. Please contact the shipping company and schedule a pickup,
We will prosecute ANYONE who tries to defraud Hair Extension Connection in any way, to the fullest extent of the law.

Order Status & Tracking Number
For your convenience, we provide you with your order status notification during each step of order processing. Automated email confirmations are sent to the email address provided after an order has been placed. If you have not received email confirmations on the same day you placed your order, please contact us.
Our website is available for ordering 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, we observe the government issued holidays every year.
