Return Policy


At Hair Extension Connection you have 10 days from the date of delivery to email us and discuss the reason for your return, receive an RMA number and return your purchase. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered and you have not connected with us, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

All the items we sell are new and has never been worn. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging with original tags, labels, and odor free.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged: RawTress (Virgin Unprocessed Hair) cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Additional non-returnable items:
All accessories, wig accessories, clearance sale items and price matched items are FINAL SALE and non-exchangeable and non-refundable.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) number.  Your return will not be accepted without an RMA number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return for exchange. If your return is rejected you will receive an email with an explanation and you will be charged for the return postage to the original card used to make the purchase and your item will be returned to you.  You will be charged a 20% restocking fee for exchanges not related to items that are not damaged items.  This fee is non-refundable.  

Final Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned for exchange. Unfortunately, final sale items cannot be returned for exchange.

You will be responsible for ALL shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages
